We want you to be completely satisfied with your Turtle Creek purchase. If you are not satisfied, please review our return and refund policy below.


Warranty

We stand behind the quality of our products.
Turtle Creek offers a 3-year limited warranty against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use.

If you experience an issue covered by the warranty, please submit a claim using our Warranty Claim Form.

This warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidents, unauthorized modifications, or normal wear and tear outside of normal intended use.


Return and Refund Eligibility

To be eligible for a return or refund:

  • You must initiate your return request within 30 days of receiving your item.

  • The issue must fall under our warranty terms or meet general eligibility for returns (such as receiving the wrong item or a verifiable product defect).

All returns and warranty claims must be authorized in advance through our Warranty Claim Form.

Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.


How to Start a Return or Warranty Claim

To initiate a return or submit a warranty claim, please complete our Warranty Claim Form.
Once your request is reviewed and approved, we will provide you with instructions for the next steps.

Do not send products back without submitting a form and receiving authorization.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your authorized return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.
Shipping charges are non-refundable.
