3% Extra Units Included – Every bulk order comes with an additional 3% of units at no extra charge. These extras are provided upfront to account for any unexpected issues or mishandling, minimizing downtime and the need for replacements.

Replacements in Future Orders – If additional units require replacement beyond the included extras, we’ll add them to your next order at no cost.

Turtle Creek flashlights are built for durability and reliability. This program covers any issues that arise from manufacturer defects or functional problems under normal use. This includes:
- Component or material failures
- Electrical or mechanical malfunctions
- Performance issues that impact normal operation
This coverage applies when the flashlight is used as intended. It does not cover damage caused by abnormally hazardous conditions, extreme misuse, or exposure to environments beyond the flashlight’s design limits, such as open flames or prolonged submersion beyond its waterproof rating.
