Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

We offer standard and expedited shipping options at checkout.

Order Tracking

Shipping Restrictions

We currently ship to addresses within the United States only.
We do not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or international destinations at this time.


Shipping Issues

Turtle Creek is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once they have been handed to the carrier.
If your order is marked as "Delivered" but you did not receive it, please first check with neighbors, your local post office, or the shipping carrier.
